The Roseau County Museum and Historical Society
shall collect, preserve and disseminate the knowledge about the
history of Roseau County and relate it to the history of the state
of Minnesota.
The mission is carried out by:
Collecting and preserving objects and materials
that present a history of the human life in Roseau
County;
Providing access to the collection to all ages of
the public through Museum exhibition and the
Roseau County Research Center;
Encouraging and doing research that pertains to
Roseau County;
Relating the history of Roseau County to the State of
Minnesota;
Striving to achieve the areas within the
RCHS Vision.
