This year fund drive donations will be used for exhibit fabrication, programs and general operating. The response is always
gratifying. Your historical society is always striving to
improve in both the care of the items you entrust to us and the
way we are able to display these items. Your donations to the
Roseau County Historical Society fund drive helps us to do both
of these things.
In 2010, we have two major exhibits. The first will be Women in History starting with a ribbon cutting February 28th were we
plan to honor the women who have made a difference in their
townships and communities. We will also recognize women who
have served our country in the military. If you have any information or photos regarding any
woman involved in the military, please
contact the museum at 218-463-1918. The second exhibit will be a Smithsonian Traveling Exhibit Between Fences opens March 27th. The exhibit looks at fences from many different angles.
