Dear Contributor,
On the behalf of the Roseau County Historical Society (RCHS) Board of Directors, I would like to express our appreciation to all who have contributed to the 2005 fund drive for exhibit design and displace within the new museum. We would also like to recognize the supplemental contribution we received from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
We hope you will be pleased with the opportunities this new museum will give RCHS. The museum committee consulted with experts in archives and artifacts preservation during the design period to ensure that the interior temperature, humidity, and lighting would favor the preservation of Roseau County history. The following individuals served on the museum building committee: Darrell Borgen, Brenda Sather, Curtis Hukee, Glenn Holm, Mary Ross, Neal Johnson, and curator Charleen Haugen.
The museum will educate all residents and visitors in Roseau County history through attractive displays, while the research center will connect the past and future generations through the archives.
Again thank you for contributing to the exhibit fund drive. We look forward to your participation at the dedication of the new building next fall.
